A Blue Badge Tourist Guide is the UK’s highest accredited guiding qualification. Blue Badge Guides undergo intensive training and are the only guides allowed to lead tours inside iconic sites like Westminster Abbey, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the Tower of London. Andrew Davis is a fully qualified Blue Badge Guide with expert knowledge of London’s history, culture, and landmarks.
You can book directly through the Book a Tour page on this website, or by sending a message through the Contact page with your preferred date, group size, and tour interest. We’ll get back to you promptly to confirm availability and details.
All tours are private and tailored to your group. Whether you’re a solo traveller, a couple, a family, or a small group (up to 20 people), your tour is customised to your interests and pace.
The tour fee covers Andrew’s time, expertise, and guiding services. Entry tickets to attractions (e.g. Tower of London, Westminster Abbey) are not included and should be purchased separately — we’ll guide you on how to book the right ones.
Most tours range from 2 to 3 hours, but this depends on the itinerary. Some can be shortened or extended to suit your schedule. Full tour details, including start times and durations, are listed on each tour page.
Absolutely! Many families choose Andrew’s tours thanks to the storytelling approach and engaging delivery. Andrew adjusts the tone and pace to keep younger guests interested and involved.
Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are essential — London weather can be unpredictable! A small bottle of water and a phone/camera are also recommended. Umbrellas or light waterproofs may be useful.
Wherever possible, tours are designed with accessibility in mind. However, some historic sites have limited step-free access or uneven surfaces (like cobblestones). Accessibility notes are included on each tour page, but feel free to contact us with specific questions or needs.
Yes! Andrew offers bespoke itineraries based on your interests — whether it’s art, politics, Jewish heritage, royal history, or a mix of everything. Just mention what you’re curious about when booking.
Tours run in all weather unless conditions are unsafe. Please dress appropriately and bring an umbrella or waterproof. In very rare cases of extreme weather, we’ll be in touch to rearrange.
